The secret to glowing skin might be hiding under the covers. A 2013 study executed by University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, studied 60 women ages 30 to 49, evaluating both their sleep habits and the condition of their skin.

The participants who slept more fitfully for a shorter duration exhibited more fine lines and uneven pigmentation. Whether you’re getting some shut-eye underneath a starry sky or in the comfort of your bedroom, never feel guilty about sleeping in!
