Peanut butter supplies protein, magnesium, and zinc, and, according to Staci Lupberger, RD, avocado is “a good source of potassium—an electrolyte needed for fluid balance,” as well as being an unsaturated fat that will help you feel full. “I love to incorporate avocados into my spiritfrees,” says recipe creator and bartender Julia Momose. “They provide a lush texture and soft, fruity notes. In this smoothie, the avocado is the perfect vehicle to carry rich chocolate notes.”
