Some of the sweetest fruits ripen during the hottest months of the year. Watermelon, strawberries, peaches and more are at their best in the summer, standing alone as healthy snacks and blended together to create delicious smoothies. Peaches are particularly sweet in the summer—and, when blended with Greek yogurt, make tasty and creamy summer smoothies.
The Greatest Peach Smoothie Recipe
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
- 1 cup yogurt (skip or use coconut yogurt for vegan-friendly version)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (Nutiva recommends their Organic MCT Oil)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender. Blend on high until a smooth texture is reached. Pour into 1-2 glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
