A new Purina survey found that pets motivate owners to get fit. For example, did you know that dog owners are over twice as likely to run/jog outdoors at least once a week as non-dog owners? And it’s not just your physical health that gets a boost. More than half of pet owners think one of the best perks of owning a pet is that pets help boost their mood, and some even said owning a pet improves their mental health.
