Not that we need a reason to incorporate more cheese into our diet, but here’s one anyway: A study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found a direct correlation between the amount of high-fat dairy in one’s diets (the report involved almost 27,000 people) and a reduced risk of diabetes.
What’s more, Danish scientists studied the effect of eating 10 ounces of full-fat cheese for three weeks—participants lost belly fat and saw no uptick in LDL (the bad) cholesterol.
