TahiniBar, $8.99 For 2

“The TahiniBar is my new favorite post-meal treat! Made from tahini (sesame seed butter), it’s just like traditional halva, a mildly sweet treat popular in the Middle East and other areas surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. The 0.63-oz. bar is the perfect size to curb my sweet craving after a meal without totally throwing off my nutrition—in each bar are 100 calories, 6 grams of sugar, 9 grams of carbs and a little bit of fiber, potassium and iron.” —Bethany Mavis, managing editor

Live Soda Lemon Lime, Prices Vary

“I’m hesitant to admit it, but sometimes the beverage that sounds best to me when I finish a long run is not water—it’s soda. The carbonation helps settle my stomach, and the fact that it’s not straight H2O prevents me from feeling immediately bloated. While drinking traditional soda isn’t the healthiest choice, cracking open a Live Soda feels like a far more valid option. Filled to the brim with probiotics with a savory lemon-lime flavor, it’s instantly refreshing—and it does the body good.” —Meghan Roos, web editor

Country Archer Mango Habanero Beef Jerky, $6 For 3-Oz. Bag

The clean ingredients behind Country Archer’s beef jerky are incredibly popular with the Women’s Running team. Made with grass-fed beef and all pronounceable ingredients, this jerky doesn’t pull preservatives into the mix but does incorporate things like mango puree and habanero chili pepper to give it its at once sweet and spicy flavor. While the mango habanero jerky is the consistent favorite in the WR office, we’re also fans of the sriracha and sweet jalapeno flavors.

Calia Women’s Limited Edition Onyx French Terry Bomber Jacket, $89

“The sporty look of Calia’s Limited Edition Onyx French Terry Bomber Jacket is just one of the reasons it’s become my go-to on days when I want to look casual, but nice. It’s versatile enough to wear to work on Casual Fridays or out at night with friends, and it’s comfortable to boot. Definitely one of the best athleisure jackets I’ve tried in a while.” —Meghan Roos, web editor

Bobo’s Toast’r Pastry, $2.49

We’re big fans of Bobo’s bars (they made it into our 2018 Fuel Up Awards in fact), so we were excited to see the newest product to come out of the Boulder, Colo.-based brand: toaster pastries! Bobo’s Toast’r Pastry (available at Whole Foods now) is made with the same yummy baked oat crust, but with nut butter and jam fillings inside—our favorite was the Blueberry Lemon Poppyseed flavor! The gluten-free breakfast snack makes for a filling start to your day—the Blueberry Lemon Poppyseed pastry contains 260 calories, 48 grams of carbs, 3 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber.
