Follow the one-use rule.
It might be tempting to give your favorite sports bra a double wear, but put everything you wore (including hats and visors) in the washing machine, not on the drying rack.
Suds up.
Make sure to shower immediately after every workout. If acne is an issue, use a soap containing salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.
Check while you cleanse.
Use your shower time to perform a self-exam of your skin. Many conditions are easily treated early on, so consult with your doctor if you notice new spots, lesions or changes.
Be a moisture maven.
