Want to find out how to identify your arch type? Try this tip to help choose the correct shoe for your foot!

Placing a wet foot on a dry shopping bag will reveal the true shape of your foot.

LOW ARCH: If your imprint reveals an oblong-shape, you most likely have a low arch or at foot. Look for shoes with stability and cushioning.

NORMAL ARCH: If the wet print shows about half your foot in the mid-section, you have an average arch. A neutral shoe will work best for you.

HIGH ARCH: A slender print means a high arched foot. You should stay away from shoes with stability enhancement and look instead for a neutral, cushioned shoe.
