This seemingly simple clip goes on the back of your running shorts and through an app gives you helpful feedback. Lumo Run ($100, lumobodytech.com) scores different aspects of your form—like cadence and hips rotation—and based on the results, it recommends specific exercises to improve. Each score is green, orange or red to show what’s good, borderline or needs improvement, and real-time coaching if you run with your phone can help issues in real time.
Aspen Yoga Mat, $60
Designed and printed in the Pacific Northwest since 2013, Yeti Yoga mats are lovely enough to hang on your wall. However, they function better on the floor, thanks to sticky PVC that hugs the ground as you go through your flow.
