CafePress is a user-generated commerce site for custom
designed t-shirts and other goodies. What this means is that if you have a
design to share, you can create a “shop” on CafePress and make the items
available to anyone who’s interested. For example, if you have a running team
or club, you can create your own logo design, have it printed on a variety of
apparel “blanks,” and be suited up in team swag in no time!
Of course, CafePress is also a great place to buy
running-related items that are already printed. I have a few favorites,
including this design which brings awareness to the breast cancer cause.
Another tee that caught my eye is this one, stating boldly, “If you can read
this, a girl is beating you.” There are, of course, a variety of “Run like a
girl” designs; I’m particularly fond of this hoodie with its funky floral
accents. And if you’re looking for something with a more profound message, try this
cap-sleeve tee, which rings true for so many of us: “The woman who starts the
race is not the same woman who finishes the race.”
