From pro football players, to magazine editors, to Rock 'n' Roll loyals, Prospect Park brought the crowds and smiles for 13.1 miles.

The inaugural Rock ‘n’ Roll Brooklyn Half Marathon, the largest first half in the U.S., was over the weekend, a distance upgrade from the 10K that took place in Prospect Park in previous years. 17,500 runners started at the famed Grand Army Plaza, the first time a race has started in that location in more than 20 years.
