There’s Someone Intentionally Running And Pooping In Front Yards

Oh, all the poop jokes that can had—but really, this is a serious(ly weird) problem. There’s a random female runner Colorado Springs, Colo., that, according to local CBS affiliate KKTV, has been pooping outside the house of resident Cathy Budde for several weeks. Her children first spotted the woman in the park.

(Read on, it’s apparently not a joke.)

The mystery defecator has been spotted and caught at least three times. But apparently this is not a deterrent, as she continues to leave her mark at least once a week. She has even moved her run schedule around to avoid repeating the same times; she’s been dubbed “The Mad Pooper.”

“I put a sign on the wall that’s like ‘please, I’m begging you, please stop.’ … She ran by it like 15 times yesterday, and she still pooped,” Budde told KKTV.

(Still not a joke.)

The family has even leaned on law enforcement and the media to help identify who the F this person is. After Budde started publicly sharing her annoyance, others came forward voicing the same issues with their front yard—even a Walgreen’s parking lot! If caught, the runner faces charges of indecent exposure and public defecation.

(Really, this is has to be a joke—especially with nearby restrooms identified by several people.)

“There’s plenty of public restrooms less than a block away from where she’s targeting,” Budde shared with KKTV. “This is intentional.”
