Nell Rojas, 33, has had a stand-out season this fall, winning the Cherry Blossom 10 Mile Run in September in her tune-up for the Boston Marathon in October where she was the top American female finisher, sixth overall. She walked away from her first crack at Boston with a new personal best, running it in 2:27:12.
We recently sat down with Rojas in a video for Women’s Running Members to ask her your questions. Find out about the changes she’s made in her training and nutrition during the pandemic, what she’s learned from other elite runners, and how she’s drawn on her experience as a former professional triathlete to become a better marathoner.
Editor’s note: Enjoyed this conversation? This was just the kick off. We have a full roster of athletes we’ll be talking to, so watch out for more videos soon. Be sure to follow us on social media for an opportunity to ask your training questions to a pro runner.
