Watch: We’re Kicking It With Nell Rojas
The marathoner made some pretty big training changes since the U.S. Olympic Marathon Team Trials that are now paying off.
Nell Rojas, 33, has had a stand-out season this fall, winning the Cherry Blossom 10 Mile Run in September in her tune-up for the Boston Marathon in October where she was the top American female finisher, sixth overall. She walked away from her first crack at Boston with a new personal best, running it in 2:27:12.
We recently sat down with Rojas in a video for Women’s Running Members to ask her your questions. Find out about the changes she’s made in her training and nutrition during the pandemic, what she’s learned from other elite runners, and how she’s drawn on her experience as a former professional triathlete to become a better marathoner.
