Alysia Montaño rocks the track on the regular. In fact, last June, the 800m athlete, along with her eight-months-pregnant belly busting out of her pink singlet, raced around the track during the 800m outdoor championships. She finished dead last but received a roaring applause when she came down the home stretch. After winning the 600m indoor national title in March, six months after birthing Linnea, Montaño strutted her sassy, down-to-earth self at our cover shoot in Irvine, Calif. We brought the cameras, she brought the ‘tude—check out this video from our day with the trackster mama.
