The Life Points That Running Can Earn You

Over time, running gives back more than it takes from us.


Many of us turn to running for the physical benefits, whether we want to lose a few pounds, fit into a dress or maybe even fight the inevitable aging process. Regardless of why we began running in the first place, at some point, running starts to give more than it takes. Often, in ways we never could have imagined.

I have found that the older I become, the more I appreciate all that running has given me. It has become so much more than just physical exercise. Running has played a huge part in developing me as a person, mother, wife, friend, daughter, sister and career woman.

I saw this tag on Instagram a few weeks ago (for another sport) and loved it and thought it would be fun and amazing to hear what running has done for others in the running community.
