Karina Smirnoff Hosts A Beach Body Challenge

The former cover runner offers her best fitness tips through a month-long diet challenge.

Karina Smirnoff, Dancing With The Stars personality and former Women’s Running cover runner, will be hosting a month-long weight-loss challenge through DietBet, focused on providing extra motivation to participants who wish to participate. The Beach Body Summer Challenge, which kicked off on May 28, features weekly inspirational videos from Smirnoff, pushing people to hit their self-set goals for healthy weight loss. The bonus? Participants can win money with the challenge if they lose 4 percent of their body fat in 4 weeks—a task that nearly 93% of participants complete.

“Essentially if you really commit, the game ends up costing you nothing,” says Smirnoff of the challenge, which asks Dietbetters to place bets on themselves. “You might walk away with some extra cash in your pocket and definitely a healthier you!”

The dancer will also be offering giveaways for her participants who sign up for the challenge. She wanted to get involved because it’s a perfect way to help motivate and encourage people who wish to kick start their weight-loss journey or continue to shed pounds. Smirnoff is a big fan in making a healthier you, especially when she can share tips, cheer you on and add in motivation.
