How To Watch The NYC Marathon
The 48th annual TCS New York City Marathon is quickly approaching on November 4, 2018. Since the first New York City Marathon in 1970, which saw only 55 of its original 127 participants cross the finish line, the race has become the largest marathon in the world, with its current record of 51,394 finishers set in 2016. Wherever in the world you happen to be this November 4, here’s how you can tune in and watch as participants race from the Staten Island start line to the finish in Central Park.
All times listed below are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
In the New York tri-state area, the race will be broadcast live on WABC-TV (channel 7) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Local coverage will also be available from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the ABC app or on ABC7NY.com.
