Project Start creator Candice Huffine (@candicehuffineshares how important connecting with other women has been in her journey to get started with running:

“I thought that I could do it alone. I thought that I would do it alone. But really, that was the reason I was never doing it. To me, that is why Project Start exists. Because it is a really loving and vital community to be in. It is what keeps you going.”

Project Start’s Fall 2016 kick-off collaboration with Women’s Running may be coming to an end, but the journey for Candice and the other Project Start ambassadors is just beginning. This rad group of ladies will continue to provide women everywhere with an online community encouraging and inspiring all women to JUST START. You can share your journey with the ladies of Project Start through using hashtag #psyougotthis and by tagging the @psyougotthis page!

To learn more about Project Start and to see the lineup of the other amazing ambassadors, read more here, and keep tabs on them online to learn more about the running events and communities they’re involved in, and to connect with the women of Project Start IRL.
