From April 28-30, six women runners will join Olympian Alysia Montaño in California’s Bay Area for a weekend of learning how to train and recover from one of the sport’s best.
Runners will converge in a bungalow in Berkeley to hit the trails in San Francisco and surrounding natural parks during the all-inclusive runcation. Montaño will be providing insight on training, nutrition, recovery and how to keep running fun. And, of course, there will be plenty of opportunities to run alongside the Olympian.
The all-inclusive cost for the weekend is $750.00—not including travel—and Montaño is currently accepting applications. In order to keep the event intimate and help runners in attendance get the most informative and fun experience possible, she is limiting the weekend to six runners.
