With this hot avocado smoothie, runners can do both at once. Bonus: this recipe uses bone broth, a nutritious immune system booster.
Avocado And Bone Broth Smoothie
- 20 oz. bone broth*
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- Splash of hot sauce
- Warm bone broth on medium heat until simmering.
- Add warmed bone broth, avocado, chopped cilantro, sea salt and hot sauce to blender.
- Blend until smooth (around 20 seconds).
- Pour into your favorite mugs.
