Runners can now match their Nike shoe and watch band colors to their favorite time of day.

On June 1, Nike launched two new products inspired by the shifting hues of the sky. Featuring colors that represent dawn, day, twilight and night, Nike’s new “Day to Night” series offers athletes the ability to match their shoe color to their Apple Watch Nike+ bands.

The “Day to Night” series is a continuation of Nike’s long-standing partnership with Apple, which first introduced the Apple Watch Nike+ last September and launched the Apple Watch NikeLab in April. Though customers didn’t previously have options in band color when choosing their watches, runners are now able to match the bands to their Air VaporMax shoes, which range in color from dusty pink (signifying dawn) to deep navy (for those that prefer running at night).

From the personalized training tips and competitor boards of the Apple Watch Nike+ to the stylized “Day to Night” series, the Nike and Apple partnership continues its tradition of delivering products that runners can customize according to their needs and preferences.
