This time of year, it can be tough to avoid lots of sugary sweets and meals all about roasted meats. We turned to Jen Hansard, co-author of Simple Green Smoothies and a runner currently training for 26.2 at Disney World in January, for a few ideas on how to add some nutrient-rich and holiday-pleasing hydration to the menu.
