A Workout That Uses Bike Racks



Whether you’re a student on a college campus, a runner who lives in the big city or just surrounded by parks, this bike rack workout, created with Her Campus, is a fun way to add a twist to speed work. Map out a route beforehand that has the approximate number of racks you’d like to use, or do a few laps past the same ones. Either way, this beats checking minutes on your watch for when to speed up and when to slow down. Give it a go!
