Jenn Weede

Jenn Weede is an editor-at-large for Women's Running. Jenn's need to be with nature led her to abandon her ambitious publishing career in Manhattan nine years ago in favor of sharing her passion for the outdoors. Stitches, casts, West Nile virus, giardia, altitude sickness-it's all part of the job, and well worth it to hike tundra in Iceland, heli-board the Rocky Mountains, surf in Baja and scale Spain's highest mountain. A freelance writer based in Crestone, Colorado, Weede has also covered the great outdoors for numerous national publications including Women's Health, National Geographic Adventure, Outside, Women Outside, Skiing and Ski Press.
