The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Women’s Running Magazine Join Forces To Launch New All-Women Half Marathon in St. Petersburg
February 5, 2009 (White Plains, NY, and St. Petersburg, Fl.) – The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and Women’s Running magazine laud St. Petersburg city officials’ announcement today granting the two organizations permission to produce an all women’s half marathon the weekend of November 21-22, 2009.
St. Petersburg, Florida (August 4, 2008) - Her Sports + Fitness, the award-winning national women's sports and fitness magazine, announced a major re-branding today. In response to the explosive growth in the women's running industry, Her Sports + Fitness will become Women's Running beginning with its January 2009 issue.
